Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dirt and grease.

Remove any loose or flaking material
Rub down sound glossy paint surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly
Prime bare timber and metal surfaces with an appropriate Johnstone's Trade primer
Allow radiators to cool before painting
Seal absorbent surfaces with a solution of up to 1 part water to 4 parts Johnstone's Trade Acrylic Durable Matt

Application

Always test a small area of the surface to be painted to ensure you are happy with the finished results

Stir thoroughly before use to ensure the paint is completely mixed
Johnstone's Trade Acrylic Durable Matt paint can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer
Ensure good ventilation during application and drying
